Crafted Home Plans has not made and shall not make any claim, representation, or warranty of an expressed or implied nature relating to the actual cost of construction of the Project.

Owner acknowledges and hereby agrees that Crafted Home Plans has not made and shall not make any claim, representation, or warranty of an expressed or implied nature regarding merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose relating to the Construction Documents. Owner further acknowledges and hereby agrees that CHP has not made and shall not make any claim, representation, or warranty of an expressed or implied nature regarding the fitness of any component product which may be purchased by a builder/contractor from any approved manufacturer. The owner hereby acknowledges all above disclosures and representations of Crafted Home Plans.

The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall fully govern any services performed by Crafted Home Plans for the Owner. This document, and all the documents, drawings, specifications, and instruments referred to herein and made a part hereof, shall constitute the entire Agreement between the parties, and no other verbal conversations, proposals, bids, memoranda, or other matter shall vary, alter, or interpret the terms hereof.

GDA may provide the Owner with preliminary working Drawings, estimates, specifications, etc. These documents may or may not be labeled “Preliminary”. Under no circumstances should the Owner use this information as if it were final.

With the Owner’s permission, the Crafted Home Plan has the right to photograph the project, and to use the photographs in the promotion of his professional practice, including advertising, public relations, brochures, websites, competitions, and all other related marketing media.

It is understood that all professional liabilities incurred by Crafted Home Plans including any liability for any damages resulting from any error, omission, or other professional negligence, throughout the course of rendering professional services on this project will be limited to a maximum of the net fee received by Crafted Home Plans according to the percentage of work that is deemed unusable. This amount shall not include reimbursable expenses and consultant fees for services rendered on the project. During the normal course of construction, the Owner and his Builder are free to make any field changes they wish, and shall thereupon, hold Crafted Home Plans harmless of any liability that may result from these changes.

Under the terms of this agreement, Garrett Daniel Architecture, LLC is involved only in design and planning for the Project. Garrett Daniel Architecture, LLC shall have no liability for any services provided by any consultant.

It is the owner's responsibility to determine if the design purchased will fit on their property, follow local zoning ordinances, meet local permitting requirements, HOA, building codes, energy codes, etc. Crafted Home Plans holds no responsibility for any approvals required by the owner prior to, during, or after construction.

All sales on house plans and customization/modifications are final. No refunds or exchanges can be given once your order has started the fulfillment process.

Square footage calculations are made from outside the exterior frame wall and do not include decks, porches, garages, basements, attics, fireplaces, lanais, etc.

Plans are designed to specifications published by the International Residential Code (IRC). Our plans are designed to meet or exceed the national building standards. Because of the great differences in geography and climate throughout the US and Canada, each state, country, county and municipalities have its own building codes, zone requirements, ordinances and building regulations. Your plans may need to comply with the local requirements regarding snow loads, energy codes, soil and seismic conditions and a wide range of other matter. Therefore we always recommend that you have the plans reviewed by a local structural/truss engineer.

No licensed professional stamp i provided with purchase of plans. Some municipalities required a licensed architect or engineer to stamp the drawings. CHP is not licensed in all 50 states therefore we do not provide stamps for plans. If you purchase plans from CHP, we recommend you review them with an engineer in our area and allow them to stamp the drawings.

Except as expressly stated on this website or in these Terms, no content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, transmitted, republished, displayed or performed for use without prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms grants you an express or implied license to use any intellectual property.

All construction plans ordered through Crafted Home Plans are provided as-is and CHP disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including merchant-ability or fitness of purpose. The photographs placed online may differ from the actual plans, depending on the modifications performed by the owner/builder. Construction plans may not be returned for credit and/or refund under any circumstances. Crafted Home Plans is not liable for incidental, special, consequential, or indirect damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, loss of anticipated profits, business opportunity, or other economic loss arising out of the use of services or any construction plans received from Crafted Home Plans. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy, compliance with applicable statute or regulation, and fitness of purpose of any plans or construction information received prior to use thereof.

No Mechanical, Electrical or Plumbing (MEP drawings), structural engineering, or civil engineering are provided with the purchase of plans.

No energy calculations are provided with the purchase of plans.

No green technology or LEED certifications are provided with the purchase of plans.

No seismic analysis is provided with the purchase of plans.
