This set will provide you with the following drawings with minimal information. This set will give you enough information to determine if this plan fits all of your design goals, if this plan fits your property, and will allow for your contractor to provide a pricing estimate.

This set will provide you with the following drawings with full construction information. You can use this set for full pricing estimate, permitting (most municipalities) and construction. If you purchase the Concept Set and then decide you want the full Construction Set, the price you paid for the Concept Set will be credited towards the Construction Set. This Construction Set option carries a copyright for a one-time use.

This set will include the electronic files for the drawings listed in the Full Construction Set. This will provide you with the files so that you or your designer can make revisions and you can use the plans for multiple builds if you desire.

If you wish to make changes to one of our plans, please fill out the form below and describe the changes you wish to make. One of our architects will reach out to discuss the changes with you directly. The changes will be quoted on an hourly basis and the changes will be shared with you at the Concept Level. Once the revisions are finalized, you may purchase the Concept, Full Construction or Electronic Set for the prices listed above plus the hourly revision rate.
